Many sincere Christians, search the Sacred Scriptures for Truth. Many accept the idea that each person
can interpret Scripture on their own. This is true only if we are truly guided by the Holy Spirit and not
by what we want the Scriptures to say. For example, we may struggle with issues of Church Authority
and would like Scriptures to disprove Church Authority. But is that what the Bible teaches? Does the
Bible teach that it is the sole rule of Faith? We may also want to accept the idea that there is nothing
required of us for Salvation other than to accept Jesus Christ; to simply have faith in Jesus and His death
on the Cross. But is that what the Bible really teaches? We may find comfort in this as well as the
notion of "once saved, always saved!" But is this the truth we really see in Scripture?
